Status before implementation The inlet temperature of the compressor was quite high. The temperature difference between the compressor inlet at workshop C and in the environment was about 5°C.
Inlet temperature of compressor When the inlet temperature increases by 5°C, the power consumption of the air compressor will increase by 1.5%. |
Result Hot air exhaust pipes have been installed for compressors and dryers. The temperature between the compressor inlet at workshop C and the environment is almost the same.
Installed hot air exhaust for compressor The power consumption of the compressed air system reduces by about 1.7%. |
